I'm considering a job in Rome/Utica, NY and would like to know the quality of baseball in this area. I'm currently living in Florida and fear that the quality of baseball might drop-off. I have a 7th grader and would like to continue to have him play at a high level (travel ball). Is there many indoor training facilities in this area? Is there many folks that give private lessons? I'm willing to live in East Syracuse if necessary. Any advise or help would be appreciated.
