Great stuff - both sight and sound! Everything I love about baseball is in that clip.

The streak ended 19 years before I was born. Living here in Cleveland, most are aware that his streak ended here. His streak did not end quietly according to local lore. Apparently, there were some diving defensive plays by Ken Keltner to rob him of more than one hit. One of the great records in all of sports.

Where indeed have you gone Joe DiMaggio...
