At a majority of JUCO’s, yes.  At the top JUCO’s one should be even more aware of the reality that if you aren’t one of the players getting athletic scholarship money, your chances of playing are very very slim

On the other side of that, over the years I’ve seen JUCO’s like Iowa Western send backups who barely get 10-15 at bats on the season on to D2’s and even D1’s
