North Central Tx Col will be hosting a try-out/showcase camp for 2011, 2012, and 2013 on
June 5 at 9 am. (Any changes due to weather or anything else will be posted at www.nctcathletics.com)
These seven college will actually be running the camp themselves:
NCTC
Navarro
Grayson
Hill
Richland
Eastfield
Brookhaven
Players will go through a regular try-out in the morning:
60 & 40 timed
radar from defensive positions
swing in cages
Afternoon: a live scrimmage will be held with pitchers throwing to 5-7 hitters in a game so coaches can evaluate players in a game setting. Running times to first will also be recorded.
