I was watching my son's college team in their conference tournament last week. I also watched parts of several games before and after theirs. I just wanted to point out that the umpiring crew did a really good job. I try to watch umpires as part of the game. These guys did a good job, the mechanics were excellent, three man crew, the rotations to the bases were always covered, never saw one call with someone out of position. One game where I thought the strike zone changed during the game, but it changed for both teams. All in all, the teams decided on the field, the umpires assisted like they should. Good job to the NSIC crew in St. Cloud MN.

Thats really good to hear....thanks for passing on the kudos to that crew...its not often that we hear about good umpiring performances and when we do, it is encouraging to us all...

I love doing 3 man games, it is the system that in my opinion allows the most complete coverage for the HS/College game...As an Umpire, we do not win the game or lose the game.....but there is nothing better to an umpire than the feeling of walking off the field after a well umpired game....
