I think i know what kid you are talking about and I really didnt do anything special with him just gave him showed him how to take care of his arm better and gave him some direction. He still had to do all the work. His velocity jump was due way more to the fact that he worked his butt off and made a commitment more than anything I did.
The only thing I ask is no more saying anything about Michigan State on here or anything about the kids I may have talked to while I was there. If that happens I will just not come to the site anymore. That is all I really have to say about that. Rumors arent going to help any one. Kyle is a great young man from a great family and will do a great job at the pro level. i am sure we would have all supported him either way he went. It is the family's and the kid's decision and no one has the right to tell them it is right or wrong.

This is a great game we get the privalege to coach or play and we should all be in this to work with young men and support the people who are in charge of them. Quick question... Is there a class I take to be sworn in as a Bears fan? I really think I have to quit being a lions fan. It has been just way too long and painful.
PS - Fungo Master...how do i go about getting an apprenticeship with you. I thought I had a pretty good fungo but not nearly good enough to make it a call sign.
