Just got home from two days with my staff down at the Arizona Fall Classic. We were able to watch top High School Seniors and JC All-Stars. We all got to see some very good talent and it is always nice to see all the college coaches and pro scouts that we work with and against at such a great event.
Would highly recommend this event to any kids that want to be seen!

We hadn't planned on sending my son out to Arizona. His scout ball team wasn't participating in the event, and he had just played in the PG Nationals in AZ three weeks prior, not to mention the five hour plus drive. I agree with jemaz, it would have been a huge mistake to pass it up. We arrived home last night, and my son had received three emails. This morning (Monday) he received three more, including two phone calls.

If you're looking to have your son seen, the Senior Fall Classic is a great event to attend. I had my son send out emails to a dozen schools, and included his schedule. I believe that eight of the schools showed up to watch him play, and six are now showing some interest...I'm glad we made the trip!
Just very thankful to be part of an organization that participates in the Fall Classic. For a 2012, doing both the Senior and Junior Classic will provide lots of exposure. Have another chance next year and maybe shoot for Jupiter as well.( wishful thinking Wink)

@bsbl247...Glad Jr. is getting lots of interest.

@jemaz...How did Fall go for Jr? Did they also have World Series type thing? Will be there in a couple more weekends.
I agree. The beauty of the event is that it is big enough to attract the top schools, but not so big that you get lost in the crowd. For high academic kids the Academic game is a must. I highly recommend you also go with a highly regarded program as they attract the scouts.

My son gets a couple of emails a day and has been on the phone each evening with 1-2 coaches a night.

When we were driving back home we were talking about all of the great events that we have been to at the pro complexes there. This was his 5th and final trip.
