I think baseball4lyfe10 was actually praising Tynes.
I can imagine that Lawrence, on this attempt after missing his last two, was shrieking in his head "To the left...to the left!"
Conversely he probably was yelling "To the right...to the right" during his first miss.
After his second miss he probably was muttering to himself something not too nice about his long snapper.
He had a heck of a game. I was tremendously happy for him to have come back from those two misses and win the game...and I was even rooting for Bret and his gang.
One of the best games I can remember when you consider all of the factors...especially the weather.
And infield08...thanks for the link. The best line...
Kickers have always been looked down upon by the other players, haven't they?
However, I've always said, it's terribly unfair to blame the game on the guy who misses the last second field goal, or free throw, or strikes out in the bottom of the ninth.
What about all of the other plays during the game that didn't go perfectly?
I talked to the TV last night and told Tynes the same thing Feagles did, keep your head up, you'll get to kick another one in OT.
I'm sure your TV doesn't mind you talking to it on occasion papi, but I'm sure it would take a hike if it had to listen to this guy too often. I can just hear your TV desperately saying this...

We win as a team...we lose as a team. There is simply no excuse for this kind of snub. Players more often overachieve when playing for, or attached to, a bigger cause (team).
Ya' know...The other players may just need him in two weeks.
