I read the title of this thread, and thought of something totally different....I'm thinking college baseball games not HS scrimmages. You'll be thinking college baseball games next year at this time.....I guarantee it. ;-)
Cornell, Rider and UVA play a 3-way this weekend starting on Friday 12pm through Sunday in Charlottesville. Could be freshmen debut of fenwaysouth son.

I'm with you on those college games! I've already been to see 4 or 5 games. Headed to see VMI @ UR in just a little bit.
But this board is "high school baseball" so I thought I'd get excited for some high school games.

I've seen a few college games as well including VCU and Richmond. I've been really impressed with Bill Cullen (VCU) in his freshmen debut as well Jake Mayers (UR) two way player. Jake is pitching very, very well and hitting over .500 so far in a young season. I wanted to go to the UR vs VMI game (today)but work keeps getting in the way.
I've caught the college baseball bug right now. I'll catch the HS baseball bug in a few weeks when they start playing for keeps.

Yeah, Ithaca's not the easiest trip, and not the warmest place to take in a game this time of year either!
