^How much should I do it, from how far, and for how long?  Does anyone know of any good websites that I could read up on it?

 

Also, I read on here a good way to increase pitching velocity is long tossing and core/plyometrics (and of course good mechanics). 

 

I have tried the Insanity workout, is that a good core workout, or should I try something different?
