Can anyone tell me about this program, Do you know anyone in the Program?

I know one player there. He graduated '03 from my son's high school. I also brought my son there for a showcase last year, he is an '04. The player I know is Jordy Bias, he played 3rd baseb for us but told my son recently on a trip home that he is now playing left field. He don't know alot about the school but I know this kid really likes it there.
Baseball down South thanks for replying. My 04 Pitcher is receiving interest, we toured the school and visited with coaches, they both seem like really good guys. Son likes idea of being close to home ( within 1 1/2 Drive for Him ) We just wanted to get a good picture of how the kid's like it and how they treat them.. He has also received interest from a JUCo that this past fall cut 20 players..after starting with about 45.... Do you know if their reputation really is signing only what they need? I would really appreciate any information you might know about them.
I can tell you this. When they showed an interest in Jordy Bias they were serious. He was first seen when he went to a showcases they held the summer before his sr. year. They told him then that they were very interested in him and would follow him throughout the high school season. They came to two of his high school games , called him regularly and signed him as soon as they could. Another player from my son's high school also goes there he is an '02, they are both happy about where they are. My son and Jordy Bias are very good friends they grew up together. Anytime he comes home he visits us and I have never heard him say anything negative about the program there.
One more thing. Being close to home is a big deal. My son signed with the University of louisiana at lafayette, that is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from us. Just knowing we will still be able to see him play is great!
