The rain held off and the eastern district finally got to get out on the field. Maury put on a competitive showing. Both Coby Cowgill and John Garret did a great job shutting down Granby and holding them to 2 hits on the day. The bottom of the 3rd was the momentum push with Bashara's 3 RBI triple. Followed by Douglas Hatcher's RBI single. Granby never recovered.
