Been busy battling weather but wanted to let those who are interested know how the 15U MCYSA International Championships in Crystal Lake Illinois are going. Down to 4 teams: Cincinatti Flames and Brazil in the winner bracket finals tonight while Mac N Seitz battles Oak Grove Heat on the loser side of the bracket.

Some absolutely great baseball has been played in the past week and 180 games later we are down to the end. We had 46 teams from coast to coast (Alameda, CA to Cape Cod, MA) and border to border (Garland, TX to St Cloud, MN). Toss in Japan, Brazil, the Dominican, New Zealand, Puerto Rico and we have had some outstanding baseball.

We already have a South Korean team to add to the international line up in 2011.

Final update for 2010:
Cincy Flames take the title with an undefeated record of 11 and 0. The Flames were "on fire" the entire week with great pitching and defense and some of the most potent bats we have seen in a while. Congrats to the Cincy Flames on tbeing the MCYSA/USSSA 15U Intenational Champions.

Brazil was second, Mac N Seitz, Kansas third and Oak Grove Heat, Missouri 4th.

Thanks to all of the teams, family members and general fans who came out.
