Med Balls -- Pitchback?

Unless the ball is very bouncy plywood prob won't do the trick, unless it is mounted on a very hard surface, which then defeats the purpose.

Do you have access to a regular pitchback? That can work...

I can give it another try...the one we have, we just overpower...so we subconciously back off a bit on throws. Maybe I can anchor down or remove some of the springs -- reduce the tension and reflex.

spartan, I framed a portion of a wall using 2x4's then covered it with 1/2 icnh plywood and it works well for med ball work. Anytime I see guys that use the pitch back type devices they don't seem to go as hard as they can so it defeats the purpose behing the workout.
