Hers the story:

During march i jammed (well i thought) my thumb while giving a friend a high five. It hurt real bad but i had tryouts for JV so i played through it. And i started my 18U team a couple weeks ago. Its been hurting a little lately so i decided to get it checked out......I learned i broke my thumb in march and played JV and some of my 18U team with it. Now i can't play for a little because i didn't get it checked out when i know i should have.

The lesson: NEVER wait to go to a doctor for help. Most of you know this but i thought if i gave you my story you would be more likly to do it.

Thanks

Good Lesson.

When I was a HS soph, I had a cold. The cold just got worse and worse. This cold seamed to last the entire season. I would not go to the doctor because I did not want to stop playing......

Once the season was over I finally went to the doctor. I had walking pneumonia and was stuck in bed for 4 weeks!!!!
