Times were simplier then indeed,... and I am quite a fan of those days.
Fun to watch those clips. I like to watch Sandlot too.

But remember,...back then they didn't have the internet, so if we all lived back then, we wouldn't have been able to get to know one another.
Baseball fans across America can talk/type to each other daily now,...and thats just too darn stinkin' cool!

Chuckle:....that theme song from Grease " Grease is the word, is the word ..."
Now kids just say " word ". or is that out now?
( Need to study up on my current trendy teenage lingo. )

Thank you! This is my son's fourth & final year of varsity highschool ball. ( Man, time zooms by! ) Since he's been busy growing up, figured it was time for me to try & do the same.

Boy, those were the times.
Being a 1978 grad, that movie (and song) bring back great memories. (That's a happy cry)

Anyway, as special as those times were, I would not trade what I have now for anything in the world.
New great memories and still collecting.....
