If the eBook is only 50 dollars, then it isn't. Epstein is not a bad starting place, but it's best to start with the best mechanics, rather than use a progression. The book has a few confusing parts for people not familiar with the mechanics, but the videos do a good job explaining it, for the most part. If you have more questions, he'll generally field them. Otherwise, you can ask me, and I'll try to channel him as best I can.

I'd definitely go with the eBook then. If you learn the elite pattern, you're going to be able to handle all sorts of pitchers and velocities. Epstein does not teach the elite pattern.

I have a question for you. I have the Ebook and I understand the concept of hitting the outside pitch, what I am not sure about is how to hit the inside pitch? Since the swing is already short, is it a matter of pushing the hands longer and hitting the ball earlier? Thanks
