Ok, I was away for a little while...coaching 1st graders YMCA basketball...really. I come home to a PM about my most recent posts.
I still don't care what KD thinks about what I said. I didn't say it was a good thing that a kid got hurt, just part of the game.
As for pitchers throw at players, that really is a topic of discussion that might need to be moderated closely. Generally, I don't like it in HS and I have personally seen kids get hurt enough by accident never to want to see what would happen on purpose. I didn't bring it into the discussion to state a point or belief but to just to meantion a part of The Game that the Natural might understand.
I was only having a little fun a couple of guys that wanted to play a round a little bit in either the Abilene / SCL post or the Basketball Players post.
Nothing I posted was meant with ill will nor did my posts come anywhere near the level that I have seen many times here in the past. Just ask our CT Yankee friend.
I will continue to post what I think when I want and I wish someone should moderate the moderators.
It seems if you are one of the "in crew" the "accepted good ol'boys" then you can moderate and use that ability to side with those that you like or just stop a topic because you don't like it. That is not moderating.
