Hey, I'm going to be a freshman and I want to increase my power so I can be ready for the Varsity level, do you guys know the best workout or lift that will help me increase my power?
There is not one specific lift that will help your power, but squats are a good place to start. In a workout be sure to work the whole body (lower, core, and upper). Many kids tend to forget about the importance of the lower body and core when playing baseball. Although the weight room will help with power it is still important to not neglect baseball related drills.
