Congrats to a great kid, with an incredible amount of talent. Please everyone, no questions on my personal speculation as to whether the Pentagon will let this kid play beyond college. Even if I knew, I wouldn't be able to tell anyone... and there's just way too many of you to kill. (JK)

But it does spell very favourably for a strong season. This very young USNA team is very good, and with the experience they are getting by all starting last year as Plebes (not Harris of course), they should do quite well the next few seasons. Congrats to the young coaching staff on what is appearing to be quite brilliant recruiting.

Congrats and good luck to Mitch (with the exception of April 12th, when I'll have CadDad raiding the piggy bank to pay the hot dog bill in Annapolis Eek). The numbers don't lie, he's an impressive talent.

Nick Hill, LHP, 2007 7th Rd. pick from Army, was listed by BA as the Mariners most productive 07 draft pick with a 0.56 ERA.

Army owns the dirt.

Congrats to Mr.Harris,he has been a very tough competitor and a very difficult opponent for the past two years. I love to see the Patriot League getting the press. I root for Lafayette and then for the Patriot League and look forward to some great games this season.

I won't bother challenging the preseason predicitions, I'll just let the season play out and hope the best team wins. Go Pards!!!!
