NCAA Rules regarding college coaches and instucting players

I am trying to find a high quality pitching coach for my 2011 sophomore here in central pennsylvania.

There just does not seem to be many choices locally that can help. Can a division 1 college pitching coach provide instruction to a high school player at their school within NCAA guidelines or is this a violation of NCAA recruiting rules?

Can't say I know the rules well but a DI head coach here in Houston Tx gives lessons to high school kids in the off season. He does require they be done in groups of three players so I expect there is a NCAA rule to obey somehow.

I have no idea what the rules are. I will tell you my son received a pitching lesson today from a D1 pitching coach. It was part of his travel team's practice. I don't know if the coach was paid or not.
