Dear sir,

The RH LH switch over takes about 2-3 minutes ( for me ) on the Hands Back Hitter. The arch on the HBH keeps a batter from lunging just like the hip resistor on the Stayback Tee just at a lower level. You can buy 2 HBH for the $ of one Griffey tee.
