NJCAA...

I am curious to know a few things,

currently at my JuCo we don't have a varsity for any sports program. All sports are "club sports."

This is at a two year institution, so how would we become NJCAA sanctioned to play baseball?

I tried googling, searching the NJCAA website, etc... No luck.

Is there a fee of some sort that we would pay to the NJCAA to become a member? Or is at simple as just applying? Somebody please explain this process to me.
