Was telling this story the other day and thought the community might get a kick out of it...
When I was much younger, my mom worked at a dentist office. As you'd expect I got my teeth cleaned there regularly by the hygienist. Ends up that woman's son grew up to be Anthony Bass of the SD Padres.
Fast forward to my adult life, living less than an hour away from my hometown, my wife finds a new dentist. We go there for years and come to find out the hygienist is the mother of Mitch Maier, who up until this season played for the KC Royals!
I told my wife, she needs to get a job as a dental hygienist so we can guarantee my son makes it to the show!!!
