Online College Questionnaire Question

I have come across a few schools that offer an online questionnaire, however, when I open it up, it comes up in the form of a PDF. At the bottom of the questionnaire it asks that I email the form back to the coaches...

My question is : How do I fill out the questionnaire on my computer so I can email it back?

See the phone number at the bottom where it says "Questions, Please Call..."? I'd suggest you use it. Who knows? You might end up talking to someone who can open doors for you.

This PDF file does not appear to be set up for you to fill it out online. PDF files can be used as forms, but they need to be created with fields that enable you to fill it out online.

It looks as though you will need to print it out and complete it by hand. You could then either mail it to the coach, or you could scan it back into your computer and then e-mail it.

It also depends on the version of ACrobat you have. Most have Acrobat REader (FREE), but there is a higher level (costs $$$) that will allow you to "edit a .pdf file, save it and then email.
