If you're playing at Frank Brown Park, you'll want to stay at The Legacy, a relatively new hotel that looks like a condo....reasonable prices and GREAT place. The "old time hotels" at much lower budget, you should check out either Sandpiper Inn or Peeks Motel............unless you have big $$ and you can reserve any of the multitudes of new condominums on our beautiful beaches !!
If you're in town, use the Wingate, best hotel with reasonable rates in town.

We took our team to PC last summer and stayed at a resort called Celadon, which we booked a condo thru ResortQuest.com. Our "1 bedroom" easily slept 5 and the washer/dryer/kitchen worked out great. Convenient to Frank Brown park (5 min.) and on the beach. Think we paid $1300 for the week, but it was peak season. Sure it can be had for much cheaper. Overall, I was pretty impressed though. We also had people staying in other places as there are plenty of options. Be sure to look around.
