If he's a PO, it'll be long days. If he doesn't participate in the other testing (60, offensive testing, defensive testing), he'll likely wait to test in the bullpen/cage and then wait for his turn in the games. Good news is that he'll get more innings as a PO than a dual player, but it's a lot of waiting around for the PO's.

Its usually two innings for a PO.  You can email ahead of time and fine out which day he is set to pitch, so you only go one day.  The PG National is 4 days and we just emailed to request our day in advance.  Flew in for the day and back out.  Unless he is 100% a PO, my son did all the testing until summer after sophomore year, then he just pitched.
