I know pitchers can’t use white or grey or two toned gloves. Laces can’t be white or grey. What about black glove but with laces that are a contrasting color like light green, light blue, orange or pink? The rules don’t seem to prohibit it but the “can’t be distracting” is a real grey area.

Watching the Mississippi State TX game and the starting pitcher for Mississippi State has a tan glove with light maroon laces. I would suspect that’s as far as you’d want to risk.
