Weighted ball set Theres 3 balls weighted one regular one and a light one you do that for soo many weeks there instructions for soo many weeks and what order and hoe many pitches that comes with that from my freshmen year to my senior i went up 12mph! Its amazing! I just did it in the off season every year!
longtoss is key to strengthening your arm. Another good thing to do is use thera-bands and thera-tubes. Do the exercises with those to strengthen your rotator cuff. To me buying all of these products and what not is some what of a waste, I do own the medicine balls and they do give you a good work out, but the best way to strengthen your arm is just to throw.
it is absolutely mechanics. some people dont throw hard, if youre a person that just is incapable of throwing hard, rely on accuracy and different pitches
RUN RUN RUN AND GET IN YOUR BEST SHAPE....i was in horrible shape last year...and was throwing 60 at the hardest.....this year...ran my tail off in the offseason...threw alot....now im throwing 77 on average.....did help doing a TON of work in the weight room
