Playoff baseball!

Spent the day (after I mailed my donation check to MN-Mom) at the A's/Twins playoff game.

Geez there is nothing like playoff baseball and the atmosphere in the ballpark. My ears hurt, my voice hurts, I am tired...but I feel GREAT!

Anyone else been-to/going-to a playoff game so far this year? I'll be headin' to the next A's series against the Yankees/Tigers winner. Can't wait!

Blah blah blah... I'm jealous... Am watching vicariously, unless I can convince friends, family, colleagues, clients or random strangers to get me a ticket.. Congratulations to the A's!

The last decade plus that the A's were considered by the "experts" to be real contenders...and they came up short.

This year when they are given no chance I figure it would be only fitting that they make a run...

I expect you to look after my best interests at the Coliseum. Worn Ears, Throat? Tired? No more Ipod this weekend, A code of silenece for the throat (at least you won't waste it on Cardinal Football!). Drink plenty of fluids... In bed by 10:30...no late night HSBBW chat.

I know we are in good hands...
