They have a very high quality baseball program. Small Christian school, I am not sure about their majors but you can find that out from their website. Great location overlooking the coast on Point Loma in San Diego. Probably the most beautiful baseball field you will ever see, overlooking the coast, not a big stadium but the location is unbeliveable. (I think better than Pepperdine) School has good reputation out here on the West Coast.
Very religious school. Not sure of the stats but most of the kids are probably from christian high schools. We have several friends that have had kids there. They love it but understand that religion classes are mandatory (and attending church may be mandatory also). Just make sure it's a good fit for the student-athlete.
Two freshmen from Chaparral High School in Scottsdale play at Point Loma. Both love it. Chaparral is a large public high school; neither have had difficulty fitting in. Others in this area who have attended have similar positive viewpoints of the school. I don't have any personal experience to share. Best of luck.

Coaches are awesome, son went to a workout there during the summer and loved the coaches, they really expect a lot. Since they went to the "NAIA World Series" I'm sure they have a large pool of high calibur players to pick from this year.At the workout my son attended all the players were VERY talented. The school is awesome too. I've only heard great things. This school is one of his choices.
