After working hard this entire summer and hitting everyday, as one would imagine, I developed some pretty mean calluses on my hands. The trouble is, after doing some more extra hitting since I've gotten to school, I popped one of them on my left hand. It looks and feels just like I popped a blister, what's the best way to treat this so it heals up and toughens up fastest?

Game2003, if you had real calluses on your hands right where the fingers meet the palms, you have what is known as a rip. My daughter got them in gymnastics. You have put so much pressure and torque on the callus that it completely ripped off. These are painful and take time to heal. Make sure you put some neosporin on it and let it get some air at night. You will have to build a new callus there so go slow as the skin is very raw there.
