Friday afternoon my Brother-in-law Pat Burton had a serious accident on his 4 wheeler. It was only thought at first as a broken ankle, burned leg and some bumps and bruises. But it has turned more serious.. Pat had some major internal bleeding that wasn't caught until later when he became very ill.
Last night he had surgery to remove his spleen and to stop the bleeding. The spleen was removed but he still has some issues that the doctors are concerned about and he will need to undergo more surgery in 24-36 hrs because he is far from being out of the woods.. Very serious condition..
I ask for your thoughts and prayers for his 5 girls and son and his wife (my wifes sister)and for Pat.. He's a good family man and my best friend for almost 27 years..
Y'all are great folks on here and it is much appreciated..
