Outfield
Round 1
All OF positions get a ball to 2nd Base

Round 2
LF: Ball to the foul line to 2nd Base
Ball to the LC Alley to 2nd Base

CF & RF: Fly Ball Going 3
Base Hit Going 3

Round 3: All OF Position
Fly Ball going 4

Infield
Round 1: All throws home
Round 2: Balls to 1B
Round 3: Backhanders to 1B
Round 4: Forehand to 1B
Round 5&6 Double Play Balls
Round 7: Long throw slow roller (Long throw: I have the on back rim making the longest possible throw the can make.) 1B will throw home and field a bunt and throw to 3rd.

Except for the double play rounds 1B is always handling bunts and throwing to 3.

We are able to take pregame between 8 and 9 minutes.
Ground Ball going 4
we do the same for the outfield, but very different for the infield. we use two fungos during infield. 1st round. 3rd to first from one fungo 2nd fungo is hitting to short who turns 2 with 2nd baseman to a deep 1st baseman. ROUND 2 fungo 1 goes to short who goes across, fungo 2 hits to 3rd who is turning two (with deep 1st base) ROUND 3- fungo 1 is hitting to 1st base which starts two and shortstop fakes throw to first and turns and throws to 3rd (puts the tag down) 2nd fungo hitting to 2nd base who is throwing to deep 1st basemnan Round 4- fungo 1 hits slow rollers to 3rd that throws across fungo 2 goes to 2nd that starts to (ss thorwing to deep 1st baseman)
-deeper first baseman is abt 5 feet behind (up the line) from regular 1st base.
- will only hit abt 3-4 balls per round usually takes less than 10 minutes. covers most situations you may see in a game

We use:

LF (down the line) to 2B x2
CF (right at him) to 3B x2
RF (right at him) to 3B x2
LF to home (1 fly ball, 1 GB)
CF to home (1 fly ball, 1 GB)
RF to home (1 fly ball, 1 GB)

OFs to get fungoes in CF from another coach/fungo hitter

IFs throw it around - C to 3B to SS to 2B to 1B to C x2

(3B, SS and 2B gather at 6 hole)
1 GB at directly at him
1 slow roller

(go to positions)
GB - play at the plate
GB - get 1 (forehand)
Catcher fields bunt for play at 1B
GB - 1 and cover (backhand)
GB - turn 2 (right at him)
Catcher fields bunt for play at 2B
GB - play at plate, followed up by slow roller

While IFs are still in position, hit FBs to C. That way, if you mis-hit them, it looks like you are working on FB communication.
Guys,
Some thoughts on this topic:
1. On the road start your infield with a C&R situation so that your OF's & INF's can work on their alignments & depth & get used to the OF distances(ie. runner on 1b EBH LF line,LCF,RCF & the RF line.)
2.When you start your OF's throwing, let them do all their throwing at once while they are loose.
( LF throws to 2B then home instead of going all the way around with throws to 2B & then back to throw home.An added thought on OF throwing to 3B or home. Redirect all off line throws or throws that lack carry as opposed to relaying them. How many times during the season are you able to relay throws & get people out? VERY infrequently.
3. I like to get all the catcher's bunts out of the way before we start our GB work.(Bunt down 1b line that we have to pull off the line to throw to 1B,ball down 3B line that we have to reverse pivot to throw to 1B,bunted ball to 2B & lastly bunted ball to 3B.
4. If you start infield with the infield in try to mix it up for the catcher(ie. 3B home to 1st/SS force play with the catcher stretching like a 1st baseman/2B to home then arm fake to 1B(like on a non dp ball) & reverse ball to 3B/1B tag play at home-could start 1B towards the line & just behind the base so that he can get the tag at 1B & tag at home for LH pull hitter)It gives the catcher an opportunity to work on some thing that he normally does not have a chance to work on.
5. For catchers' throwing station a player or extra catcher on the grass in front of the mound. The 1st baseman feeds the ball to the guy in front of the mound & he feeds the catcher. You stand in as a RH or LH hitter. This is much more realistic & game like for your catcher.
6. On your slow roller to 3B have your catcher rotate to 3B(like a sac bunt situation with a runner on 1B & the ball bunted to 3B)& have the 1st baseman throw to 3B after he makes the play at 1B.
7. On long ones with your 1st baseman do not have him throw to 3B(save that for your slow rollers when he is in front of the base). Station your 1B deep & way off the line. Force him towards the line & have him reverse pivot to throw to 2B. Have the SS arm fake & reverse the ball to 3B.
8. On windy days or high sky days finish with pop up priority.
