I just joined. Several of my clients, high school and college baseball players suggested I join so I could help out with information about injuries and how to prevent them as well as rehab them.

I am a licensed and Certified sportsmassage therapist with 25 years experience; a member of the International Olympic Sportsmassage Team and work with high school and college athletes all over New England.

I have a database of hundreds of graphics, animations, etc. and would be happy to respond to injury, prevention, and other type questions.

I do conditioning and nutrition consultations and design workouts for athletes.

I look forward to helping out.

This isn't a baseball injury but I would like to know what you think. THis fall, three weeks ago, I tore my MCL (3rd degree) and sprained my PCL (2nd degree). No surgery. It's been three weeks and I can jog and do some strengthening for it. I go to physical therapy twice a week and do all that...My trainer has told me that the PCL will most likely give me more long term issues that the torn MCL. I've been doing lots of general quad, hammy, and calf strengthening, as well as balance.

The question. What do you think are some of the most beneficial excersises for my PCL?
