We are thinking about moving into the 21st century and get a scorekeeping software. I've tried Turbo Stats in the past and wasn't real fond of it. What we are looking for is a software that has a scorebook look to it and it can switch from that to spray charts, pitch charts very easily. What software out there does that and is it also a cumulative data? For example we play a team three times in a season - will it keep a spray chart / pitch chart for a player from the previous two games so we can check them out during the middle of the third game quickly?

Hope that makes sense.

I’m not sure what it is you’re looking for. There are literally hundreds of pieces of software that with do that. What is it you need that none of them offer?

Not that it makes a great deal of difference, but what level of ball are we talking about?

If you’re just looking for basics, go to http://www.baseball-almanac.com/bstatmen.shtml and take a look. They’re about as basic as you can get, and they’re free!

If you need more than that, google will give you more than you want to see. Here’s a query to download. Com
