If you impressed a College Coach during a camp, when or how could they contact you if you are a '09' graduate?

Coaches are allowed to contact '09 grads in writing starting September 1 of their junior year. Players can contact the coach at any time. Coaches are not allowed to contact players by phone until July 1 after their junior year.

No, I was just asking. I am v-e-r-y new at this. I have no idea what goes on. If he wants to go to the school he went to camp at, should HE contact the coaches or should I??? What would I or he even say? "Do you think my son has the talent to play for you?"
