If one school has offered but two other schools of equal or less academic reputation tell you they want to wait until December to see your grades, what does this really mean? Does it mean they are worried about grades or just waiting to see if any other guys commit? It's hard to understand the purpose if another PRIVATE school that has an equally high academic reputation has already offered and did not express any concern over grades.
