Does anyone out there ever had your son recieve scholarship using one of the many paid/fee driven recruiting sites.Do you feel without the site a scholarship might not have happened?

You might start by typing "NCSA" in the "Search"box.
Not looking.Asking for another reason.
Never tried any of the websites but it could be helpful if you have the money. The biggest site is NCSA. But they're are plenty of other sites that are helpful but as a prospective student athlete they are going need to do more then just signing up for a recruiting website.
I am sorry I I wasn't more specifac.What I would like to know if there is any one out there that has either directly used one of the recruitment sites or personally know someone that did.Was the site that was used a "major" factor in getting offered your scholarship.I am not looking for a site to use.Only feedback from families that did.
Used one of the major sites. It made searching programs and hosting/sending video convenient and quick. It helped in researching programs, it did not help in landing offer. Will not go that route with my 2018. I think it is more helpful in reaching smaller programs.

That's why I recommended that you perform that search; rather than to lead you to NCSA, per se. Because NCSA is one of the larger, national recruiting services, threads here about it include the responses of families who have used it.
Did not sign up for paid site. However, we did get great information from NCSA to do our own.
Personally, I think it's much better to have your son take ownership of the process. You may have to do a little coaching along the way.

Try reading my posts. I'm not trying to lead you to the NCSA; but to the testimonials of families who have used it and others.
Your refusal to recognize that causes me to wonder if your agenda is broader than simply learning of others' experiences.
2015 got recruited because of exposure on elite travel team and going to the larger events where the college coaches were. Did not use any website or recruiting service. 2015 did have a short video up on youtube that he would email coaches the link.
CH sounds like my guy...As far as going to any site to read thier testimonials.I am at the least somewhat skeptical. Because of some of the shenanigans that have gone on over the years with testimonials.I do know families that are currently using above mentioned site.Guys and gals.I am not trying to knock them or any paticular site.I have just yet to meet anyone that would put using any site at the top or near the top of what made the difference.Personally I think just coming here would do just as much.Posting this could very well make me wrong.Just for me an interesting subject.

That "Search" box at the top pf this webpage searches ONLY on this site. Over the years, there have been dozens of threads about the NCSA; and there are many families' first-hand "testimonials" there...some positive; many negative.
THAT my friends is do you r homework first and search the threads as your answer may be there already.
