Be prepared to be immersed in US history. Its a fascinating region populated by fascinating people from all walks of life.

The baseball experience is great, but definitely don't overlook what else the area offers!

Cary(USA Baseball) area:

Seafood: Kemps on Route 70 in Durham. A bit of a ways from the USA BB parks but probably the best seafood in this area.

BBQ: We like ours Eastern (vinegar based) Smokey's Shack in Morrisville

Italian: Biaggi's or Macaroni Grill both right in Cary

Pizza: Well, you can't find good pizza down here.

I also found a pizza place in Palm Beach Garden (adjoining Jupiter to the south) that was unbelievable). It also was a New York-style pizza -- Anthony's Coal Fired pizza. It was good enough that I think we went there five straight days.
