We had a discussion regarding his first three months at school in terms of his expectations. His reply was that his decision to go where he wanted to, not be drafted (knowing what he knows now he would turn down what he asked for) was the best for him. There is nothing like the college experience for him, especially those football weekends! Baseball has gone very well, but he talked more about all the things that goes on at school, his friends, the other activities other than baseball.
Just another example of making sure there are other things at school that you enjoy other than the baseball program!

Tiger Paw Mom,
It sounds like a great start. Wait until you look into his eyes this Spring. You will see something that as a baseball parent will send chills up your spine.
