I just got an email message from the Save Cal Baseball spokesman, that they are VERY (as he wrote it) near to making their short term goal of $10,000,000 raised to save all five sports that are scheduled to be dropped after 2011. He went on to say that they expect to have another meeting with the Chacellor soon to discuss where they are, and how to get a commitment for reinstatement.

Nothing talks like money, and walking in with 10,000,000 reasons should get somebody's attention.
