My advice is to never "expect" anything---what ever comes in the mail is a gift and look at it that way

If you "expect" you will be disappointed

So, in the next few days/weeks is it possible that mtown may start to see a few gifts in his mailbox?

Our Head Coach got a call this morning from my sons dream school asking for his cell number! He is excited but I'll make sure not too excited. I hope you get a ton of letters son. And keep working hard the journey is only starting for you.

Coach May, if he's asking for his cell phone #, make sure you have your son on a text messaging plan or you'll be real surprised with the bills.. . Good Luck...

For all the 08's this is an exciting week and will make for a crazy 12 months. As one college coach told my son while on an unoffical visit in Feb of his jr year, "The next 5 months will become the most important time in your baseball career". Much will happen, the highs and lows will come and go. try to stay level headed and never big time anyone...

Approach the process as an adventure and enjoy it because there are not many who get the opportunity to even get a foot in the door.

Coach Merc, I made the call last night and had him put on a text plan. He has a certain amount of messages he can have a month. I told him that he better not go over. I find it kind of funny that he can sit there and text back and forth with a college coach but he can not talk on the phone? These rules are so funny.
