When signing a Letter of Intent, what is a great example of what a player and coach should wear when "the moment" finally takes place?

When my son signed his NLI for a JuCo he was just wearing his HS team t-shirt, team pants and HS hat. His signing took place just prior to the district championship game.
Something with lots of lace.......

And cupcakes for everyone!
Coach wanted our son to sign in front of all the players and prospective players in the program because the school hadn't had a D1 recruit for many years.
We wanted to bring a cake.
However, our son, a nutrition and workout fanatic, would have no part of it: "I don't eat that junk and I'm not going to let the younger players think it's okay for them to eat it, either!"
We brought turkey wraps instead of the cake.
He made a major concession to let us bring lemonade, but he drew the line at soda.
Most of the kids that sign wear either a shirt of the college to which they're signing or a button up shirt and tie in the college colors. Some will wear the college team hat as well.
Typically the head coach, principal and AD will pose behind the player. They are all decked in the high school logo/color attire.
My son wore a long sleeve pullover (college logo) and no hat. He did have the college hat on the table. The table itself has a high school logo table cloth and there is a school logo backdrop behind everyone.
All bases covered. Here's a shot of my son and the other two teammates who signed on the same day.
