I know how to score a baseball game.  But, I've been asked to fill in for an NCAA Softball game.  Anything different I need to know?

If there's an issue with the DH/EH/DEFO (or whatever) players, do I bring that to the attention of the umpire?   Can players re-enter?  Do I bring that to the attention of the umpire?

Thanks

Isn't it the coach's job to point out any lineup changes or violations?

I've scored a lot of baseball games and I've never said anything besides hello to an ump unless I was asked. I'd assume it's the same in softball.

...ok, well, I can think of a couple times I've blurted out "that's ball three" when a batter was prematurely sent to first, but only when I was keeping score in the dugout as a coach.
