Recently I have been working really hard on full extension wiht my back arm in the swing on my follow through. I have perfected the act and have noticed much success from it. Everyday after my practice/game I take some extra swings (which I have always done) off a tee really emphasizing full extension. After doing these drill my back arm stays sore for up to an hour almost as if I just threw 100 pitches. I do not experience any soreness the next day however and I feel 100% fresh. I was just wondering if I should go get my right elbow checked out or is that completely natural?
