Horsham Beats Cb West 10-1 today to take sole possession of first place.

Nice win by H-H today to close out Continetal Championship. The are the best team...next week we find out if the league was really good or really weak. Not sure what it will be.
RJM, the Wiss boys and girls lax were in town yesterday. Didn't go well for either, but if your son knows boys' goalie, tell him he did a nice job. He kept them in the game (2-0) will into the third quarter. Looked like they ran out of gas in the second half. Lazy/careless clearing passes got them in trouble.

I know the girls coach. She's my daughter's age. I coached her in basketball and softball before high school. It's a big deal to be head coach at twenty-four. She was all-world in high school at Wiss. She played field hockey at Temple.

My answer is I really do not know...I have not seen enough games to give an informed opinion, based on what I have seen I would say that the overall pitching does not look as strong in the conference as in previous years
Based on what I have seen....Horsham has pitching depth, a line up that can hit through out the lineup, good power hitting, team speed, strong defense and the coaching taff making a lot of good decisions.
the cont conference teams have done well in district the past few years....so like you said maybe the answer comes next week,in district play.....here is hoping that all the cont teams represent the conference well!

Good luck to H-H and the rest of the teams. I really like H-H chances to get to the finals. The rest will need some help to get to states.

CBS has to play Conestoga and I think Williams is back.
NP will have to get through CRS and Boyertown if they can get past M-N this year.

Garnet Valley got the best draw. Only have to beat Wissahickon and Upper Dublin to get to the double elimination round. No offense to either team I know and like several of their kids and will be routing for them, but I believe Souderton was better then both of those teams.

A couple of years ago Wiss was in this position with the bye. We could tell by the way Methacton was carrying themselves before the game they had already checked off a win. One of their players I knew told me later that week I was right. Wiss beat the hell out of their #2 and Wiss's #1 shut them down. On paper Methacton was the better team. They had even beaten Wiss during the season.
Agree! You never know with one game in baseball and I hope Wissahickon does win.

CB South is now living up to the preseason hype. They won again. I missed JC's call. I only know from the school website the Wiss-UD game was suspended. Did it rain or go extras and get dark?
Wissahickon probably had a lightning or rain delay and then it got dark. There were storms all over the area...CBS had a lightning delay for a while, but they have lights at SF so they could complete the game after the delay.

It was a lightning delay, tied 3-3. I was told there was a lot of rain today. They were supposed to start at 4pm. Still trying to prep the muddy field.

Hatters lose in 9 innings 6-5 they came back again in the bottom of the 7th...to tie the game up..hard to beat the same team 3 times in the same season especially when you committ 7 errors.
Still I would not want to face this team in the state tournament..they are going to be a third or fourth seed and still could make some noise.

Wow!CB South has had to beat Conestoga and Spring-Ford just to get to the third round. They're now playing like they should have all season.
Upper Dublin was down 3-0 to Wiss before coming back. My "scout" blamed it on coaching.

cB South has had a nice run but Horsham gave CB South the game...they committed 7 errors. stranded runners almost every inning.......last outwas a diving catch with a runner on second that would have scored..tough to beat the same team three times in one short high school season..would love to see a continental team win it all but CR south ( CB South next game) sounds like the real deal
