Some of you Poteet faithful probably remember a very good LHP pitcher Brian Watson. We faced him in the playoffs a couple of years ago and he was very dominate. If I'm not mistaken he was all-state.
He now is playing with my son at UTA and is throwing the ball extremely well. He will definitely make some noise in the Southland Conference this year.

I think UTA will be much better this season, but the Southland Conference is on the rise, so wins may be at a premium for the Mavericks.
