Hi, All:

My 2019 committed last week (!) and is taking a well-deserved break after the summer grind of travel ball, showcasing and campus visits until Fall Ball ramps up.  He still goes to the gym to lift with his non-baseball friends, but with no rhyme or reason and certainly with no knowledge of what an OF/RHP should be doing in the weight room.  He's done Driveline in the past and may do it again come January, but his college is looking at him primarily as an outfielder who can hit with his ability to pitch as an added bonus (he sat 82-84 this summer with max of 86, so I get why pitching is not their priority).  Anyway, I guess I could take him to one of those sports performance places where they create a workout program for him for a fee, but until then, I'm wondering if there's any solid workout materials out there for a two-way player that someone has relied on and would be willing to post? Thanks!

Also, don't discount those sports performance places, if they have a baseball specific program and staff that knows what they are doing.  They don't just work on strength they work on targeting his weaknesses.  Weak ankles, tight hips, right side dominance....these can all become HUGE issues down the road that can be helped now.
