Ziggy ,
It is a different story at the college level . When we go on the road , I have our team lift at the university that we're playing at or we get our team into a nearby health club. When you go on the road , you just need to do the best that you can . If you can take a pair of 10 or 15 pound dumbbells with you , you can still do enough things to get you through the trip . You can do 1)standing dumbbell curls / biceps 2)1-arm dumbbell extensions / triceps 3)bent-over raises / shoulders 4) dumbbell wrist curls / forearms 5) push-ups / chest 6)1-arm dumbbell rows / back 7) chair squats / quads 8) toe raises . calves 9) crunches , kick-ins , hypers , side-to-sides / abs, sides , lower back 10) partner assisted leg curls / hamstrings 11) shoulder program . This is just an idea for you . The reps will be very high , anout 20-30 depending on the exercise . You can also call the hotel that your team is staying at and see if they have a universal station or if they have health club passes that allow you to get into a health club free . Normally these clubs are very close to the hotel . I hope that this helps ,
Best Wishes ,
Kerry
